After seeing its celebrity talent roster grow from 8,000 to 14,000 nearly overnight, Cameo minted a new Talent Experience team. I led design on the team, focused on improving the end-to-end experience for talent across Cameo's mobile apps.
Notable projects included:
- Order Management Redesign: Complete redesign of the order management experience, which hadn’t changed significantly since the company’s inception and had become increasingly ineffective at accommodating high order volume, older demographics, and new business initiatives.
- Financial Dashboard: Design of a new talent financial dashboard, providing transparency into earnings, payments, and banking information.
- Trust & Safety: Redesign of reporting mechanism.
