Amid an environment dominated by content feeds and direct messages, our aim was to forge a creator-to-fan group chat experience that fosters genuine, real-time connections.

I led design on a zero to one chat experience called Huddles, where fans can interact with their favorite creators and build a Discord-esque community. Fans can freely engage in a general admission (GA) chat or subscribe to unlock an exclusive VIP chat experience.
